Election Day Bake Sale

The EEF will host a bake sale at the school on Election Day, Tuesday, November 6th. In addition to baked goods, we will offer coffee, lemonade, and wrapped sandwiches and chips for those voters in line at lunch time. Please consider working a shift or two and donating baked goods or sodas, chips, etc. The first shift (set up) starts at 6:30am with the last shift ending at 7:30pm (after polls close). A long day with many volunteers needed to make it happen! You may volunteer by going to http://vols.pt/MyKnwb and signing up. If you have questions, please contact Denise Jenkins at niecyjenkins@gmail.com.

Support the Evansdale Education Foundation
The Evansdale Education Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to providing direct financial support to help Evansdale Elementary School realize its full potential. Every dollar we raise, every decision we make, and every penny we spend is driven by our love and passion for current and future Evansdale students. We invite those who share our passion to join us in our mission to sustain and develop Evansdaleā€™s heritage of educational excellence.

Why a foundation?
The Evansdale Education Foundation was established in 2010 to work hand-in-hand with the Evansdale
Elementary School PTA. Evansdale has a strong, successful PTA which provides programs and volunteers, but national PTA guidelines limit how a PTA can spend funds. The foundation can fund staff, capital improvements, and other school needs over and above what can be funded byDeKalb County and the PTA.
Please go to www.EvansdaleFoundation.org to learn more about the foundation, volunteer, take our online survey or donate to help us achieve our inaugural goal of $100,000 raised. Thank you for your support!
